Why are you passionate about essential oils?
Essential oils were always part of my life growing up and I was blown away when I was introduced to doTERRA because of their purity and potency. The science behind oils is compelling – how they support our body to function and enable us to change the receptor sites in our brain to alter the way we feel.
On a personal level essential oils have really supported me through some very difficult times and they have transformed my emotional wellbeing.
Why have you selected Peppermint and Citrus Bliss for our Revive Weekend?
Peppermint is an incredibly versatile oil that brings joy and buoyancy to the heart and soul – it’s invigorating.
Citrus Bliss is one of my favourites – it has great cleansing properties and is known as the oil of creativity – it is a stress reducer and great for mood uplift. A harmonious blend of Wild Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Bergamot, Tangerine, Clementine and Vanilla. (Great for the school run!)

If I’m using a product on my children, myself and sharing it with others I want to make sure it’s pure, effective and I can trust it.
