Staying in one place is not something Charlotte Holmes does often – literally or geographically. She’s a multi-talented fitness instructor with an international schedule that could tire many people out just looking at the Instagram trail.

You can catch her infectious energy when she touches down in Edinburgh for a luxury Revive wellness weekend in September. It’s an amazing chance to benefit from her personalised yoga instruction, along with advice on nutrition for feeling energised!

How did yoga become a key part of your approach to fitness and wellbeing?

Fitness and movement has always been an integral part of my life. I started practicing yoga when I was in my early 20’s but didn’t fully understand the mental benefits that come along with it till much later. That’s a much more valuable asset to the practice I’d love everyone to unlock and have access to. It’s just such a wonderful experience.

You are registered to give nutritional advice to support health and fitness – what do you focus on?

I think having a specific plan that works for your goals is key. The thing to remember is everybody and every body is different.

What will guests take away from the two day experience with you in Edinburgh?

They’ll leave with an open mind, a refuelled energy and a passion for movement and wellbeing like never before. This escape is one not to miss. Join me in Edinburgh 7th-9th September 2018.
