These gluten-free and nut-free multi-seed crackers are almost too easy to make. Just stir the ingredients together, flatten the mixture out on a teflon non-stick sheet and bake. Spread out in one large piece to bake, then break into pieces after cooled.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup flax seeds, ground

1/2 cup hemp seeds, ground

1 cup rice flour

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 cup olive oil

1 1/4 cups water to mix

Preheat the oven to around 180 C. Combine all the seeds in a bowl.

Add rice flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl with 1 1/4 cups water. Using a wooden spoon, stir to combine. You should have a loose, spreadable batter.

If it is not loose enough, add some more water; it will evaporate as you bake the crackers. Pour the batter over a non-stick teflon baking sheet.

Use a spatula to spread the batter. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the crackers are crisp to touch. Cool then break into cracker sized pieces.
