Join us online for free yoga as we look forward to ‘the new normal’.

As we head out of lockdown and return to ‘normal’, it’s not ‘normal’ for everyone.

Have you lost a loved one? Did you suffer from covid or are you still suffering from long-covid?

Did you lose your job or business, work extra long hours or juggle a heavy work-life balance?

We are offering yoga sessions for strength and focus with the wonderful Katy Wakefield and Alan Lambie.

And a chat about go-to foods for building a healthy immune system with Mary Cotter.

And we’d love to hear your tips on what you do to stay strong.

For me the pillars of our approach all have a place in staying on track.

  • ARRIVE – daily exercise or meditation
  • REVIVE – keeping up with healthy eating
  • THRIVE – the power of communication

Join one of our Revive charity fundraisers:

  • Sunday 18th April with Katy Wakefield
  • 2:00-4:00pm
  • OR
  • Sunday 25th April with Alan Lambie
  • 10:00-midday

The events are free and open to everyone whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. View the outline schedule and further details.
