Maybe you have lost a loved one, suffered from covid / long covid, lost a job, worked long hours or been juggling a heavy work-life balance?

However Covid has touched you, join us to:

  • build strength and focus through yoga
  • share tips on what keeps you strong

Nutritionist, Mary Cotter, will also share ideas on building a healthy immune system.

These are charity donation based events, open to all, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi.

Join us to re-energise and re-focus as we head out of lockdown.

  • Vinyasa flow session (40 minutes)
  • Break for tea/water/snack & chat re staying strong
  • Nutrition chat re go-to foods for building immunity
  • Calming yin session (40 minutes)
