This morning half-day runs from 08:00am to 12:30pm and includes:
- Light breakfast including fresh juices
- 1 x 1.5 hr Vinyasa Flow session with Katy
- Nourishing brunch
- Short talk by nutritionist Mary Cotter on Eating for Energy
- Spacious accommodation to change, shower, relax, socialise
