Saturday

  • Yoga session 1: Power vinyasa flow
  • Brunch
  • Nutritionist/herbalist/aromatherapist chat
  • Option for walk / full body massage / other treatment
  • Yoga session 2: Yin deep stretching session
  • Healthy afternoon tea
  • Dinner

Sunday

  • Light breakfast including fresh juices
  • Yoga session 3: Power vinyasa flow
  • Brunch
  • Nutritionist/herbalist/aromatherapist chat
  • Option for walk / full body massage / other treatment
  • Yoga session 4: Gentle flow & meditation
  • Healthy afternoon tea
  • Depart
